Wedding Pricing - Hughes Pavilion

Pricing Information for Weddings in the Hughes Pavilion

 

  • TOTAL PACKAGE PRICE:
    • $4,500.00 for a reception only (eight hours of time), or
    • $5,000.00 for a garden ceremony* and reception (ten hours of time).

*In case of inclement weather, inside space for the wedding ceremony is not guaranteed.

  • PRICING BREAKDOWN:
    • $1,000.00 Sustainer Level Membership.
    • $3,500.00 Hughes Pavilion rental for any eight hours of time between 10:00 am and 12:00 am for a reception only, or
    • $4,000.00 Hughes Pavilion rental for any ten hours of time between 10:00 am and 12:00 am for a ceremony and reception.
    • Rental times include time needed for set up and clean up.
    • There is an additional $400.00 refundable deposit, payable along with the membership fees, at the contract signing.  The remaining rental fees are due two weeks prior to the event.
