Organized by the Dixon Gallery and Gardens Memphis potters Brin Armstrong Baucum and Dale Baucum met at the Memphis Academy of Arts (now the Memphis College of Art) over 40 years ago. Though they started out pursuing separate artistic avenues, the Baucums quickly united over a shared love of creating works of art in clay. Double Vision celebrates the constantly-evolving work created by both Brin and Dale Baucum over the past four decades in Memphis, including both utilitarian and aesthetic pottery.
