Using Clay to Relieve Anxiety

  • Cloud Clay
    • 1/2 cup cornstarch
    • 1/4 cup lotion
  • Moon Sand
    • 2 cups flour
    • 1/4 cup oil
  • Salt Dough 
    • 1 cup flour
    • 1/2 cup salt
    • 3/4 cup water
