From major events and increased attendance to the fast pace of one of our busiest times of year, welcoming visitors has been a true collective effort. At the center of that experience is our Visitor Engagement team.
For many guests, the admissions staff are the first point of connection at the Dixon. They’re the friendly faces who greet members by name, welcome first-time visitors, answer questions, assist with admissions and memberships, and help create the sense of hospitality that defines every visit. They’re here every weekend and throughout the busiest moments of the season, helping ensure that each guest experience begins with care.
That dedication has been especially visible this spring.
Erika Fuller’s extraordinary success in membership sales has not gone unnoticed, nor has her remarkable attentiveness to our members. Erika brings a personal touch to every interaction, greeting visitors warmly and often by name, while always offering help when it’s needed. Her care reflects the spirit of hospitality at the heart of the Dixon.
Jake Blair has earned praise for his helpfulness and friendly demeanor, bringing both warmth and reliability to the front desk experience. Della Rhodes, though soft-spoken, approaches every challenge with grace and steadiness, contributing in ways both thoughtful and essential. We are also delighted to welcome Anna Newby to the team and look forward to all she will bring in the months ahead.
Supporting and guiding this team each day is none other than Rachel Sturch, who works tirelessly to uplift her colleagues and foster the collaborative spirit that makes this team so strong.
