This parent-child workshop encourages toddlers to explore shape, texture, color, and other sensory possibilities by making art and exploring the gardens. Each week offers a fun learning experience for you and your child.

Girl Scout Badges at the Dixon
The Dixon Gallery and Gardens and Girl Scouts Heart of the South have teamed up to make it easy to earn a variety of badges at the Daisy, Brownie, Junior, and Cadette levels. Your troop will have fun learning about subjects ranging from painting to gardening while enjoying everything the Dixon has to offer.

Plunge into the possibilities of a limited color palette while learning the basics of color theory in this intensive painting workshop. Participants will learn how to work with cool and warm colors while creating their landscape masterpieces on canvas.
