Designed for ages 10–13, Youth Workshops invite young artists to explore new materials, techniques, and creative ideas through hands-on projects inspired by the Dixon’s art collection. Each workshop provides guided instruction while encouraging participants to experiment and develop their own artistic style.

Block Carving Pumpkins

Learn how to use traditional tools and carving techniques for printmaking. Apply your knowledge to transform a pumpkin into a jack-o-lantern. Take your creation home and let your new skill glow.

Crochet Crash Course

Interested in learning a cozy craft to wear or gift this holiday season? Participants will discover the basic techniques of crochet and start their very own scarf.
