Golden Anniversary Garden Party
As the Dixon celebrates its golden anniversary, the evening is not only about marking a milestone, but also about honoring the people who have made the institution what it is today. For five decades, the Dixon has served as a place where art, horticulture, and community come together, welcoming visitors to experience exhibitions, learn through educational programs, and find inspiration in the gardens.

Established in 1976, the Dixon is celebrating 50 years with a garden party you won’t want to miss! Discover more than half a million tulips throughout the gardens, enjoy fantastic food and refreshing drinks, and spend an afternoon filled with unforgettable fun.

$76 per person (all ages). This includes entertainment, lawn access, and food & beverage experiences throughout the evening. To purchase tickets please visit Dixon.org
All guests will park at Stryker, 1023 Cherry Rd, Memphis, TN 38117. Signage and staff will guide you from parking to the event entrance.
Guests will not be admitted to the party until 4pm. Please feel free to enjoy our beautiful gardens until then
The Dixon’s beautiful South Lawn.
Park & Cherry will prepare festive, picnic food. Bars will offer beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. Food and bar service concludes around 6:30 PM.
This will be an immersive spring evening featuring live music from Memphis band, 3 Mississippi and various garden party activities. The gardens will also be in full bloom!
Expect a relaxed yet elevated lawn atmosphere with a variety of picnic tables, picnic blankets, and cocktail tables. You don’t need to bring anything to supplement unless you’d like to. Feel free to dress for sitting on the lawn and wear comfortable shoes.
There will be a luxury restroom trailer located near the Kaneko Allee.
