Nature provides us a means to find balance. By tuning in to the energies of the gardens, we are allowed to more deeply experience its healing qualities. The Moss Garden, Formal Garden, and Woodland Gardens each have a unique energy resulting from design and variations in plant life. Each of the three gardens includes a meditation.
